I welcome you to our school website with great pleasure. I strongly believe that education is a lifelong process and learning happens not only in school.

Shaping the young, impressionable minds is one of the biggest challenges. We at CTNHSS aims to nurture our students to grow as strong and confident individuals thereby enabling them to face and overcome the challenges that they come across in the lives, courageously. We strive to inculcate good social values and self-discipline in our students and make them responsible citizens of our country.

We try to provide a proper environment for our students to develop their all-round personality. Plenty of opportunities are given to them to achieve academic excellence and co-curricular activities. Each student has his/her own potential. Our task is to help them to fulfill it. We are blessed with the unconditional support of our management and PTA.

History and Mission

Jan Utkarsh Shikshan Saunstha, as the name itself suggests, is an institution, established, with a sole objective of providing educational facilities to the downtrodden, neglected, and underprivileged students especially belonging to Bahujan Samaj of Quepem and Sanguem taluka.

Few likeminded people, in whose brain it was constantly haunting to establish an educational institution, one fine day on 5th Feb. 1978 came together at “Sathyabhama Niwas” under the leadership of great visionary, & philanthropist late late Shri Pundalik Tukoba Naik alias ‘Apa’and resolved to establish an institution, entirely, exclusively to promote educational facilities to the needy and poor students in general and to the students of Bahujan Samaj in particular.

Well the day i took admission in CTN  i was like how it will be,where i will see my self ,how will be people around me?Then soon college started,first day was the most borring as i didnt knew any one i didnt knew how to start,but as days went i started liking it made new friends and then again question came,well are my surrounding good?well yes i loved it .. the people i came acrossed in CTN are forever with me,thanks to CTN.. well about education,OMG the teachers best in the world ,Because of them today i am working in some good  company earning and became huge support to my family ,its all possible because of the education provided by CTN
